Situated in the northwest suburbs of Columbus, Ohio, our center is close to large employers, beautiful city parks, fun shopping centers and quiet residential streets. We make it easy to fit in an hour for fitness on your way to or from home, work or school.


Getting in a full workout only takes 60 minutes with our efficient techniques. Practically every muscle in your body will get exercised via our interval training techniques. During your gym sessions, you'll move from station to station to perform a series of fun and intense exercises. As you exercise, your heart rate will go up.


Our instructors will choose exercises that can boost your metabolism and increase your muscle mass. As you add more muscle through our interval training, your basal metabolic rate will continue to grow. The trainers can help you set weight loss or general fitness goals. They'll also offer tips on stretching, focusing and improving flexibility.


New fitness fans and experienced athletes alike can revel in the health benefits of our interval training sessions. We're proud to help people from every fitness level. Whether your goals are to race in your first 5K or lose weight for a wedding, you can count on us to help.

Coach Jeff has more than 6 years in the fitness industry, starting as a personal trainer and growing over the years through various management positions. Jeff's leadership skills coupled with his blooming energy have been such a large part of his success in the fitness industry and what ultimately led him to Orangetheory Fitness. He loves the community, unity and dedication of all the members involved and works hard to keep them motivating and continuing their success. Jeff is a certified personal trainer through ISSA including ISSA Elite Trainer 1, Elite Trainer 2, Elite Trainer 3, Master Trainer, Fitness Nutrition (Level 1&2), Senior Fitness (Level 1) Certifications.

Coach Connor was drawn to Orangetheory Fitness because of the energy the workout brings. His classes are always upbeat and fun while he claps and dances to keep you moving towards the Orange Zone. A certified personal trainer through NPTI including certifications in TRX, Kettleball and Metafit. Connor will push you to be your best self by focusing on your form and overall fitness goals.

HEART MONITORED TRAINING

 

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.

COACH SUPPORT

 

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
